We are what we eat.

We are what we eat.

One way is just to think, for instance, of biodiversity.

The assembly of life that took a billion years to evolve. It has eaten the storms-folded them into its genes-and created this beautiful land.

It took a while for us to gently nurturing the land and developing all those traditions that gave birth to the most appreciated cuisine in the world with its great wines.

It is this colorful tapestry of species, landscapes and microclimates of these lands that today more than ever brings us together.

And the real name of the connection between man and his land is the food.

Because in the end, we are what we eat.
