This for us at ziobaffa truly represents the only way to be a farmer, that feeds of its own products to establish the real meaning of the concept “Farm To Table”.

The product obtained at the mill is virgin olive oil obtained from the fruit of the olive tree that grow up alongside our vineyards here in Tuscany.
